BROCA was created by a team of physicians, technologists, and clinical researchers who saw a gap: the most powerful learning moment in medicine — immediately after a patient encounter — was going to waste. We built an AI-powered platform that captures that moment and turns it into structured, evidence-based coaching.

BROCA was born from the observation that only 20% of U.S. providers receive any formal Motivational Interviewing training, despite patient behavior change being responsible for over 80% of chronic disease outcomes.
We set out to build the first scalable, real-time clinical coaching tool — one that works across disciplines, languages, and care settings.
